Exposing the darkness to the truth.

HOW THEY TOOK THE NAME OF YHWH OUT OF OUR BIBLES

May 26, 2026

A step-by-step look at the evidence

1. THE ORIGINAL HEBREW TEXT HAD YHWH

Ancient Hebrew manuscripts thousands of times contain the name YHWH (the Tetragrammaton).

2. THE MASORETES MARKED THE NAME TO BE PRESERVED
Jewish scribes (Masoretes) marked YHWH with vowel points (Adonai) to remind readers not to pronounce it.

3. JEWISH TRADITION STOPPED PRONOUNCING THE NAME
Over time, Jews stopped saying YHWH and read “Adonai” (Lord) instead when they saw the name

4. THE GREEK TRANSLATORS REPLACED YHWH WITH “KYRIOS” (LORD)
In the Septuagint (LXX), the earliest Greek Old Testament (3rd–2nd century BCE), YHWH was replaced with KYRIOS (Lord).

5. THE TRANSLATORS OF ENGLISH BIBLES FOLLOWED SUIT
When the KJV and other English Bibles were translated, they followed the Greek text and used LORD instead of YHWH.

6. TODAY: YHWH IS HIDDEN IN MOST BIBLES
Modern Bibles continue this tradition, hiding the true name YHWH from most readers.

THE NAME WAS NEVER LOST — IT WAS REMOVED.
The evidence is clear.
YHWH is in the original texts.
It’s time to put His name back where it belongs.

SCRIPTURE CONFIRMS THE NAME
“I will make known My name (YHWH) to My brethren.” — Psalm 22:22
“Who is His glorious name forever;
And let the whole earth be filled with His glory. Amen, and Amen.”
— Psalm 72:19

Acts 2:38

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Yahwah Ha Mashiach for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
